¿WHAT IS ZUMBA®?
ZUMBA® it is a sports discipline that is taught in directed classes in which aerobic exercises are performed to the rhythm of Latin music (merengue, samba, reggaeton, cumbia and salsa) without a doubt it is a very fun way to lose weight and improve mood, among many other benefits.
The key to ZUMBA® is that in a class you can eliminate up to 1,500 calories, and that is that during the 60 minutes that a session lasts, fast and slow rhythms are mixed with series of exercises, with which you also tone your muscles.
ZUMBA® classes are aimed at all people, regardless of gender or age and do not require prior preparation.
